This notice explains how Koz Life Yapı processes the personal data you submit through the quote form on this site, under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).
Data controller
Koz Life Yapı İnşaat Hafriyat Turizm İthalat İhracat Ticaret Ltd. Şti. (MERSİS 0582107227100004, trade registry no 4645) acts as the data controller.
What we collect
Only what the form asks for: your name, e-mail address, optional telephone number, the project type and estimated budget you select, and the free text of your message.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, prepare an estimate and contact you about it. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties except our e-mail provider, which transmits our reply.
How long we keep it
For as long as the enquiry is live and afterwards only as long as commercial and tax law requires. Records that are no longer needed are deleted.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request a copy, ask for correction or deletion, and object to the outcome of any automated analysis. Write to us and we will respond within the statutory period.
