This notice explains how Koz Life Yapı processes the personal data you send through the quote form on this site, under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
Data controller
Koz Life Yapı İnşaat Hafriyat Turizm İthalat İhracat Ticaret Ltd. Şti. is the data controller.
Data we process
Only what the form asks for: your full name, your phone number, optionally an email address, the kind of work you select, your answers about the job (such as location, area and building details) and your message. To limit how many requests can be sent in an hour, a random identifier cookie is also placed in your browser; only a hash of it is stored on our server.
Purpose
To answer your request, prepare a site visit and quote, and contact you about it. The data is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not shared with third parties other than the email provider that delivers our reply.
Retention
For as long as your request is being handled, and afterwards only as long as commercial and tax law requires. Records that are no longer needed are deleted.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request a copy, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to the results of automated analysis. We reply within the legal period.
